7-day return promise
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we'll replace or refund it — no arguments.
How to return
- WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery.
- Send a short photo or video of the issue.
- We arrange courier pickup or you drop it at the nearest courier office (your choice).
- We replace, exchange, or refund within 3 business days of receiving the item back.
What's eligible
- Damaged on arrival
- Defective / not working
- Wrong item shipped
- Significantly different from description
What's not eligible
- Items used beyond inspection (broken seals on personal-care or beauty devices)
- Items returned after 7 days
- Damage caused by misuse after delivery
Refund methods
Cash refund (if you paid COD) via JazzCash / EasyPaisa transfer to your number. Card refunds processed back to original card.
