How do I order?

Two ways: (1) add to cart on this site and check out, or (2) WhatsApp us the product link and we'll process the order for you.

Can I pay Cash on Delivery?

Yes — COD is available everywhere in Pakistan we ship to. Pay the courier when you receive your order.

How long does delivery take?

2–4 days for major cities, 4–7 days for smaller towns.

Is shipping free?

Yes — on orders Rs. 2,500 and above. Below that, shipping is Rs. 199.

What if the product doesn't work?

WhatsApp us within 7 days with a photo or short video. We replace or refund — no arguments. See Returns Policy.

Are products authentic?

Yes — we hand-pick suppliers and inspect inventory. We sell branded products as well as quality unbranded items, clearly labelled either way.

Do you have a physical store?

Not yet — we're online-first. Your savings come partly from us not paying shop rent.

What language do you support?

English, Urdu, and Roman Urdu (Urdu typed in English letters) — message us in whichever you're comfortable.
